Every-Booty maters in this class, and all of you deserve a booty that you're proud of. This class targets your glutes & hamstrings primarily, while working your quads secondary. We focus on form, tempo and mind muscle connection. Come build that booty and your confidence.

Strengthen and tone that stubborn midsection using proven diastasis recti correction methods. This class if taken consistently and the outside class work is done you can close the separation and not only strengthen your transverse abdominus but you can have those soft abs you have always wanted.

quads for queens
Our legs take up over half of our body. This class isolates the various leg muscles intentionally. We will focus on form, tempo, accessory moves that compliment the posterior chain and really work on mind muscle connection.

chisel
Chisel is geared toward those tedious upper body muscles we must really work extra hard on. Lighter weights performed at the correct tempo, high repetition, resistance and isometric holds are the key to nipping and tucking those hard to tone areas.

Mass Gains is a full body circuit class split into two 20 minute rounds. First half, lower body focused to elevate the heart rate and carry the calorie burn through the second half focused on upper body. Slow tempo two minute stations ensure you get the full body mass gains pump.
