    A fitness enthusiast turned trainer, Ann brings a special energy and passion to your workout. Having been on both sides, she seems to know when you have more in the tank and isn’t afraid to demand it. Having trained through not one but two pregnancies, she has first-hand experience in what is going on with a woman’s body every step of the way. Ann’s special way of training benefits all her clients, from young to old. When Ann isn’t kicking your butt, she is spending time with her 3 kids. Ann is a medal winner from the very first Strong Girl Comp, and her favorite lift is the chest press.

  • Melissa Frederique - Trainer

    Melissa graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business admin and worked in the field for several years. In 2015 she found her love for fitness via kickboxing. After 2 years of learning proper techniques, she left her corporate job and decided to obtain her personal training certificate. Melissa has mastered her craft of both kickboxing and boxing technique. And has added the ability to coach HIIT, body weight exercise, and weight lifting to her tool belt. As a personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and now certified nutritionist, Melissa strives to help others to move their bodies and eat well in order to live a long, healthy life.

  • Tiffany Sherburne - Trainer

    Tiffany is a multifaceted trainer that got her start in DawnsHere classes. After discovering a love for HIIT-style training, she wanted to share that with others. After completing her Personal Training certification she went on to complete her holistic health coach certification. Tiffany has a toddler at home that she has learned to integrate into her workouts, bringing that into the studio by teaching a mommy & me class. Helping fellow moms work on gaining back their strength! Lover of ladders & sally, when she’s not being Willy Wonka a chocolatier at Winfrey’s you can find her teaching classes on the weekends!

  • Natalie Malinowski - Trainer

    Natalie is a full-time 9-5 mortgage loan originator, however, she has a passion for fitness and helping women feel their best. As a certified personal trainer with a designation in Recovery techniques and her 200-hour yoga certification, Natalie believes movement is critical to our long-term health, and regardless of the calories burned or results achieved she wants to encourage women to move for the joy of moving our bodies, it helps improve our mood, quality of life, and builds confidence!

  • Ilia Maria - Trainer

    Ilia Maria is a versatile trainer and lover of all different types of movements. You’ll come to her class and end up leaving empowered, confident, and strong. Her main purpose as a coach is to guide women to reach their highest potential through movement and affirmations - whether it be dance, lifting weights, having a stretching flow, or cardio. Ilia has a strong background in dance and earned her BA in Dance & Psychology. She received her Zumba License and created her own style of dance cardio called Move Ya Hips. In 2019 she received her ACE Personal Training certification and shortly after ACE Nutrition Coach Specialization. Ilia's goal as a trainer is to continue learning in order to better serve her community and help women to reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
