Season Scheduling


Our class schedule works on a rotating three-month cycle. For the most part class times stay the same; we may add some additional times during certain seasons of the year. Every three months you will see certain classes fall on new days, some come off the schedule while some may return. The reason for this cycle process is that here we want to make sure that your progress doesn't plateau and you have a variety of opportunities to choose from and also offer classes that may be more convenient for members who are not able to attend classes during specific times. Modifications made as needed for injury prevention, rehab and for our Pregnant and Postnatal members.

Class Descriptions

  • HIIT with Tiff | HIIT with Mel

    HIIT is a great way to get a quick sweat, a core connection, and your heart rate racing. This circuit like a class will be filled with high intensity cardio and core breakouts

  • BBB

    BABES, BARS, and BELLS!

    This class is going to reintroduce kettlebells and barbell landmines in a whole new way. An amazing total body workout for all levels from beginner to elite. Get ready to experience the fun of explosive movements and building combinations that will have you leaving feeling like the badass babe you are.

  • Movement and Mobility (M&M)

    This is a 90min class that will start with yoga-inspired movements dynamic stretching, moving into mobility movements that will aid in recovery and improve flexibility. Help you recover and prepare for the rest of your week.

  • Hiit that Shiit

    A program combines HIIT, kickboxing, boxing, mitts, and some light drill work. In this class you are guaranteed to get your sweat on. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

  • Move Ya Hips

    This is not your average Zumba class! Get ready to do some salsa, hip-hop, belly dancing, twerking and burpees. In this class you will learn routines that will boost your confidence while getting your heart rate up.

  • Cardio Core

    This Tabata-style class is a sure way to get that high-calorie burn. Programs will be broken down into 8 sets of an exercise performed for 20 seconds with a brief rest of 10 seconds in between; rotating between cardio and core. Increase your VO2 max and watch how it does not get easier... you get stronger!

  • Step Up Your Midnight Cardio

    This modern-day step class is all you need to disrupt any negative energy you have around cardio. Come step it up with us as we add a new flavor to the historically loved 'step' class. Core breakouts that you will love to hate but beg for more of each week. Mimicking some moves you could pull out during midnight cardio, afternoon delights or morning cake. Wink Wink

  • 500

    We set the goal, now reach it!

    500 reps strategically broken down into a perfect total body workout. Perfect for all levels beginner to advanced! Show up and get those REPS!

  • Love to Lift

    Love to lift is a class for both beginners and the more experienced lifte limited participant class, we really focus on the big six (squats, deadlifts, hip thrust, military press, bench press, chin up), in a more intimate and controlled environment.

  • Heated Stay in your Lane

    This heated class has lanes of upper body strength, resistance bands, core, and cardio. A surefire way to keep the calorie burn high. Just don't forget to stay in your lane!

  • Perfect Peaches

    Every booty matters in this class, and all of you deserve a booty that you're proud of. This class targets your glutes & hamstrings primarily while working your quads secondary. We focus on form, tempo, and mind-muscle connection. Come build that booty and your confidence.

  • Hustle for the muscle (H4M)

    As we transition inside from the Boardwalk, H4M going to get your Saturday started right! Could be a mixture of the following programs or something random, Kettlebells, EMOM and AMRAP workouts.

  • Therapy Thursday

    Taking on movements from classes like Rest, Roll, Recover; Love2Lift Remix; Primal Movement, Yoga, and Kin Stretching.

  • Mass Gains

    This class is a full body class complex lifts with a 50/50 split of upper body and lower body resistance training. With2 minute stations. This is perfect for you to increase your weight and slow down those reps.

  • Push-HER

    Grab a buddy for this partner-based class! You will be repping through your resistance training while your partner does her cardio/core work. At times you will have to PUSH HER to get through her reps while they will be pushing you to dig through that cardio/core work.

  • Boardwalk Experience

    The Boardwalk experience is just that a DawnsHere boot camp-like circuit class on the boardwalk along the Merrimack River. It’s brisk in the early morning so wear layers and sunglasses/sunscreen as needed.

  • Holiday Special

    Holiday Special where you get your last kick ass workout made for the day and never disappoints before your well-deserved Holiday celebrations!

  • Mitts & Grit

    If you're looking to take your boxing skills to the next level, or just looking to build overall endurance, this is the class for you. Programs are both beginner and elite friendly.

  • Primal Strength

    This class will go from mobility to primal movements. Movements that date back to our origin. Injury prevention movement, Torso coordination, and core strength. Increasing the range of motion and strength here will allow your body to work efficiently.

  • Rest Roll Recover (RRR)

    This class has many experiences. Based on whose training the class you will experience something a little different but should include foam rolling, stretching, and ball rolling to release fascia and muscle soreness.

  • Mommy and Me

    Grab your minis and let’s have some fun getting them active. This class is designed so that you and your little one can move through the workout together. Your little one needs to be able to take verbal cues. Maybe 4YR old plus

  • Yoga for Barbellas

    We invest our time knowing how hard you have worked all week and we want you to maximize those gains. Lengthen and stretch those hard-working muscles. Stability and core work in this class is a catalysts to unlocking your full potential in the lifting classes.
